Job summary

CoinTR is seeking an experienced OTC Business Development Manager to expand our OTC network, manage institutional and HNW client relationships, and drive trading volume growth in crypto markets.

You will identify new clients, nurture existing relationships, oversee onboarding, and collaborate with brokers and liquidity partners while ensuring regulatory compliance. Fluency in Turkish and English and a results-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in business development, sales, or related role in crypto/fintech.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and OTC trading operations.
• Proven network within crypto, institutional finance, or HNWI segments.
• Excellent Turkish and English communication.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Target-driven and commercially minded.
• Flexible with remote work options and salaries/bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new OTC clients including HNWIs, institutions, funds, brokers, and corporates.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships to ensure high activity.
• Promote OTC trading services and tailor solutions per client needs.
• Coordinate onboarding with relevant internal teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback for opportunities.
• Negotiate partnerships with brokers, liquidity providers, strategic partners.
• Participate in events to expand CoinTR's OTC presence.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
