Job summary

Bitget is expanding its Turkey team to grow trading volume through strategic KOLs, affiliates, and institutional partnerships. The role focuses on recruiting and managing partners, executing trading campaigns, and optimizing performance to hit volume targets.

You will work with crypto and traditional finance networks, bridging relationships between institutional players and retail traders, in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development, affiliate/KOL management, or institutional partnerships in Crypto/Fintech/Trading.
• Existing network of trading KOLs, communities, affiliates, and institutional contacts across Israel is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with both crypto and traditional finance markets; ability to bridge institutional and retail trading communities.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset; able to measure, report, and optimize partner performance against volume targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Passion for crypto trading and financial markets; ability to engage, influence, and build trust with stakeholders.
• Ability to perform under pressure with clear performance-based targets tied to trading metrics.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage KOLs, affiliates, trading groups, and communities across Turkey to drive activity and volume.
• Build and negotiate partnerships with KOLs, affiliates, and institutional partners based on volume-driven KPIs.
• Execute trading-focused campaigns (signals, copy trading, contests, affiliate pushes, education sessions) to maximize user activity.
• Monitor performance metrics (FTT, trading volume, ROI per partner) and optimize strategies to hit targets.
• Stay informed about industry developments and competitor strategies to design compliant, volume-driven initiatives.
• Establish sustainable trading communities that drive long-term engagement and recurring volume.
