Job summary

CoinTR is seeking a seasoned VIP Client Acquisition & Management specialist to identify and onboard high-net-worth and institutional clients in Türkiye. You will craft tailored engagement strategies, address VIP needs, and deliver exceptional, personalised service.

Lead business development to expand the VIP client base and trading volumes, collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings, and build partnerships to boost brand visibility and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management in crypto/fintech.
• Proven track record with VIP/HNWI clients.
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and trading platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• VIP Client Acquisition & Management: Identify, onboard and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
• Business Development: Create and execute strategies to expand VIP client base and trading volumes.
• Market Insights & Analysis: Stay updated on crypto market trends and Turkish regulations to guide clients.
• Reporting & Strategy: Monitor KPIs and present business plans to senior management.
