Lever, Inc. is seeking an Associate Creator Growth based in Turkey to help creators discover the platform, onboard, and become active users across the Middle East.

You will manage day-to-day communications, support onboarding, and coordinate with creators, agencies, and internal teams to resolve issues. The role emphasizes relationship-building, multi-channel outreach, and practical feedback that informs scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Arabic native-level proficiency and fluent English written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple conversations and priorities.
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in customer support, community management, or social media is a plus.
• Familiarity with Snapchat, Instagram and TikTok is desirable.
• Understanding of the creator economy and Gulf/Audiences knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with creators via social media and other digital channels.
• Support creator acquisition and onboarding from outreach to activation.
• Respond to creator questions, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with other teams as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers.
• Gather feedback, identify recurring themes, share insights with the team.
• Improve communication processes and scalable creator growth practices.
• Contribute to additional Creator Growth initiatives as needed.
