Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Creator Operations Intern for Summer 2027 in Istanbul to join the Live Agency Ecosystem. You will help recruit creators, incubate talent, and analyze performance across live campaigns.

You’ll track metrics, draft growth plans, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to unlock opportunities for creators and improve tools and workflows. This is an on-site internship in Istanbul for at least six months.

Qualifications

• Turkish fluency and English proficiency required.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with large datasets and across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Creator Managers in tracking the LIVE performance of an assigned creator portfolio, including revenue, LIVE hours, Go LIVE UV, and engagement metrics.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly growth plans for creators across different maturity stages (pre-top, top).
• Help diagnose performance gaps across traffic, content quality, LIVE cadence, and engagement, and turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Prepare pre‑LIVE briefs and run‑of‑show materials, and support structured post‑LIVE performance reviews with creators.
• Support creators in building sustainable LIVE schedules and strengthening core LIVE fundamentals such as pacing, interaction, and audience retention.
• Help document and package successful creator cases into playbooks, education materials, and best practices that can be shared across the wider creator community.
• Assist in planning and executing creator campaigns, workshops, and online/offline events in Istanbul and other key cities.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams — Agency, Campaign, Education, and regional partners — to help unlock traffic, incentives, and campaign opportunities for creators.
• Collect and organize creator feedback and data‑driven insights to support improvements to tools, workflows, and operational processes.
• Maintain creator databases, trackers, and operational documentation with a high standard of accuracy.
