Lever, Inc. is seeking a Funnel Strategist & Copywriter in Turkey for a fully remote, full-time role. You will own both strategy and execution across landing pages, emails, ads, sales assets, case studies, and more, working with real traffic and measurable performance data.

You will research audiences, shape messaging, and build full-funnel campaigns to drive revenue. Autonomy, mentorship, and growth opportunities await in a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of converting-focused copy experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal English with high proficiency (C2).
• Portfolio showing measurable results is valuable.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, persuasion and buyer psychology.
• Ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and channels.
• Strong customer and market research habits to extract insights.
• Interest in professional copywriting principles through formal or practical work.

Responsibilities

• Research audiences, competitor messaging, and market positioning to tailor copy.
• Develop full-funnel strategies including offers, landing pages, emails, assets, and touchpoints.
• Write persuasive copy for landing pages, emails, ads, case studies and sales materials.
• Determine what to build, why, and how components move prospects through the funnel.
• Review funnel performance and implement improvements based on data.
• Collaborate with paid media, creative, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Propose new campaign ideas and defend strategic recommendations.
• Refine copy and funnel journeys using performance insights.
• Present recommendations while remaining open to feedback.
