Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in talent management, influencer marketing, live streaming, or a creator agency
• Proven experience building and leading a team
• Track record of owning targets and delivering revenue growth
• Strong understanding of live streaming platforms (TikTok LIVE or similar)
• Data-driven and comfortable with performance metrics and dashboards
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with creators and partners
• Highly organized with strong execution and follow-through
• Fluent in Turkish and English

Aufgaben

• Own the country P&L, revenue targets, and overall business performance
• Build the local team from scratch, define roles, hire, and onboard
• Design team structure, workflows, and reporting for the new market
• Lead creator recruitment and onboarding to build a high-quality roster
• Set and enforce creator performance benchmarks, including LIVE days, hours, and revenue targets
• Track creator and agent performance weekly and act quickly on underperformance
• Set up compensation and commission structures for creators and internal teams
• Identify high-potential creators early and build growth plans around them
• Build a strong relationship with the TikTok LIVE team in Türkiye
• Report regularly to senior management on results, risks, and plans

This role suits a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader who can set up a new market, put the right foundations in place, and scale revenue.
