Balagency in Istanbul is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to join the team and lead social media strategy for our clients.

You will develop campaigns, manage paid social advertising, and ensure timely delivery of creative content while staying ahead of platform trends and client expectations.

• 5+ years of experience in social media account management in agencies.
• Solid knowledge of social media platforms.
• Expertise in paid social advertising.
• Direct client relationship experience.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Perfect command of written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok and platform-specific content dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Developing social media strategy and plans for our clients.
• Planning / running / optimizing and reporting paid advertising campaigns.
• Delivering continuous improvement recommendations.
• Leading creation of new campaign ideas and developing content plans with creative, trendy content ideas in accordance with the dynamics of the medium and brand needs.
• Leading and coordinating monthly social media video shoots, including planning, organizing, and overseeing the production process.
• Managing post-production workflows and ensuring timely delivery of edited content.
• Translating client/brand needs into internal creative briefs.
• Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, research, and analysis; providing data insights and metrics reporting for clients.
