Job summary

Çalık Holding is seeking a Corporate Communications Executive to lead the group’s communications strategy, employee engagement, and branding across the holding and its subsidiaries. Based in Istanbul, you will coordinate internal and external communications, guide group companies on messaging, and manage events, media relations, and employer branding initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, and events.
• Experience within holding companies, diversified group structures, or large-scale organizations preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and implement corporate communication strategies and manage projects end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience in internal comms, employee engagement, and corporate culture initiatives.
• Strong planning, coordination, organization and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to craft impactful corporate messaging.
• Ability to collaborate with senior management, group companies and cross-functional units.
• Strong understanding of sustainability topics and integrated reporting.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a Corporate Communications Executive to join the Corporate Communications & Sustainability Department at Çalık Holding.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of Çalık Holding’s corporate communication strategy and plan and execute related communication activities.
• Ensure effective coordination of corporate communication activities between the Holding and its group companies, supporting the development and implementation of a common communication approach.
• Guide group companies on communication strategies and projects while coordinating and consolidating related processes.
• Develop, plan, and manage internal communication strategies and initiatives across the Holding.
• Design and implement communication projects that strengthen employee engagement, foster corporate culture, and enhance internal collaboration.
• Lead the planning, organization, and execution of corporate meetings, launches, celebrations, special occasions, award ceremonies, and similar events across the Holding.
• Design and deliver events and engagement programs that enhance employee experience, strengthen a sense of belonging, and reinforce a shared corporate culture.
• Collaborate closely with Human Resources and relevant business units to develop and implement internal communication, employee experience, and employer branding initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate corporate communication content and activities highlighting key developments, projects, and achievements across the Holding and its group companies.
• Develop and implement communication projects aimed at strengthening corporate identity, brand perception, and corporate reputation.
• Manage relationships with media, press organizations, communication agencies, and other external stakeholders in line with corporate communication strategies.
• Plan and execute content and communication activities across corporate social media and digital communication channels.
• Manage the performance, workflows, and budgets of communication agencies, event management companies, and other service providers.
• Measure the effectiveness of corporate communication activities and events, analyze results, and prepare regular reports.
• Take an active role in the preparation and execution of the Integrated Annual Report process.

The position is located in İstanbul.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from top universities in Communications, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Philosophy, Sociology, International Relations, or related fields.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, corporate culture, and event management.
• Preferably experienced within holding companies, diversified group structures, or large-scale corporate organizations operating across different industries.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing corporate communication strategies and managing communication projects end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience in designing and executing internal communication, employee engagement, and corporate culture initiatives.
• Strong background in planning, coordinating, and managing corporate events, organizations, and special projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create impactful corporate content and messaging.
• Capable of building effective collaboration with senior management, group companies, and cross-functional business units.
• Strong understanding of sustainability topics, with experience in integrated reporting processes.
• Experienced in agency, vendor, and budget management.
• Strong planning, coordination, organization, and project management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and representation capabilities.
