Job summary

Çalık Holding is seeking a Corporate Communications Executive to lead the group’s communications strategy, employee engagement, and branding across the holding and its subsidiaries. Based in Istanbul, you will coordinate internal and external communications, guide group companies on messaging, and manage events, media relations, and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, and events.
• Experience within holding companies, diversified group structures, or large-scale organizations preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and implement corporate communication strategies and manage projects end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience in internal comms, employee engagement, and corporate culture initiatives.
• Strong planning, coordination, organization and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to craft impactful corporate messaging.
• Ability to collaborate with senior management, group companies and cross-functional units.
• Strong understanding of sustainability topics and integrated reporting.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the corporate communication strategy and plan and execute related activities.
• Coordinate corporate communication across the Holding and group companies to maintain a common approach.
• Guide group companies on communication strategies and projects while consolidating processes.
• Develop, plan and manage internal communication strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
• Design and implement projects to strengthen employee experience and corporate culture.
• Lead planning and execution of meetings, launches, events, and ceremonies across the Holding.
• Create events and engagement programs to boost employee experience and belonging.
• Collaborate with HR and business units on internal communications and employer branding initiatives.
• Plan corporate communication content highlighting key developments and achievements across the group.
• Develop communication projects to strengthen corporate identity and reputation.
• Manage relationships with media, agencies, and external stakeholders.
