Tricon Energy is seeking a Sales Manager – Petrochemicals in Turkey to drive commercial growth, build and expand key customer relationships, and develop strategies across the Turkish petrochemical market.

You will lead negotiations, manage contracts and opportunities, and coordinate with global teams to ensure top-tier service and on‑time deliveries. A strong track record in B2B petrochemical sales and travel readiness are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years B2B petrochemical sales experience.
• Strong commercial mindset with negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Turkey and internationally.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Own the commercial development of the Petrochemicals products business in Turkey, driving growth in sales volume, revenue, margin, and market share.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve annual sales, profitability, and business growth targets.
• Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with key customers, suppliers, and strategic partners across the Turkish market.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and acquire new customer accounts.
• Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contracts, and spot transactions while managing pricing, credit, and risks.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and plans for the product portfolio.
• Coordinate with global trading, logistics, finance, and operations to ensure efficient execution and excellent service.
• Collaborate across functions to foster a high-performance team culture.
• Maintain market intelligence and regular updates on customer needs and competition.
