WTW group is seeking a dynamic Client Executive to join our team. You will interact with clients daily, ensure delivery of agreed services, and uphold SLAs to meet expectations.

You will collaborate with Account Executives and Brokers to determine solutions and help shape delivery strategies, drawing on client feedback to drive improvements and client satisfaction. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Formación

• 0–2 years of experience in client service.
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Excellent communication in English and Turkish.
• Willing to learn and be results-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with clients daily to deliver exceptional service.
• Uphold SLAs and meet service delivery standards.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Brokers on solutions.
• Contribute to delivery strategy improvements based on feedback.
