WTW is seeking a dynamic Client Executive to deliver agreed services to our clients in the Marmara region. You will interact with clients daily and ensure exceptional service delivery.

You will uphold SLAs, coordinate with Account Executives and Brokers, and help shape delivery strategies using client feedback. This on-site role in Şişli offers the opportunity to contribute to client satisfaction and service improvements within a fast-paced team.

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Client Executive. As a Client Executive you will be responsible for delivering the agreed-upon services to our clients.

The Role

• Interact with clients on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Uphold the SLAs to meet client expectations and ensure service delivery standards are met.
• Work with Account Executives and Brokers in determining appropriate solutions and structuring
• Actively contribute to the development and improvement of delivery strategies, sharing insights and recommendations based on client interactions and feedback.
