In this role, you will handle client communications within the official workspace, manage CRM notes, support SLA targets, and escalate issues per compliance rules.

• Prioritize unread client threads, ensure SLA compliance, and conduct authorized proactive outreach to clients.
• Maintain accurate client notes within the CRM without copying unnecessary personal data.
• Identify and elevate red flags, complaints, security incidents, or matters outside approved boundaries per compliance rules.
