Your Role Will Include
  • Develop and review financial models for investments,
  • Develop and implement corporate finance strategies,
  • Establish and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions,
  • Lead and oversee credit processes and financing negotiations,
  • Analyze consultant reports and provide insights for decision-making,
  • Engage with potential investors and evaluate investment opportunities,
  • Manage credit agreement processes and negotiations with stakeholders,
  • Assess financial risks and contribute to the company’s long-term financial success.
Our Expectations from You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree/MBA is preferred,
  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience in valuation and modeling roles at big audit firms.
  • Hands-on experience in financial modeling and analysis,
  • Proven leadership and team management skills,
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken),
  • Expertise in project finance and corporate finance,
  • Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS),
  • Understanding of banking expectations and credit processes in project financing,
  • Experience in negotiating project finance contracts and legal frameworks,
  • Excellent analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills,
  • Strategic mindset with strong communication skills to engage with senior management.
