Job summary

Portfolio Management Firm Türkiye seeks an accomplished CEO/General Manager to lead the firm’s growth after strong AUM expansion. You will shape strategic direction, own financial performance, and drive sustainable growth across investment products and distribution channels in Türkiye's asset management industry.

Reporting to the Board, you will strengthen governance, regulatory relationships and executive leadership while building a high-performance culture and continuing talent development.

Qualifications

• Executive with 15+ years in asset/wealth management or financial services.
• At least 5 years in a C-suite or General Manager role.
• Proven track record in growth and business transformation.
• Experience with Turkish capital markets and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision with full P&L ownership.
• Drive growth across investment products, distribution and AUM.
• Lead digital transformation and product innovation initiatives.
• Head the executive team and develop top-tier succession pipelines.
• Strengthen relationships with investors, regulators and partners.
