Job summary

Yapı Kredi Technology seeks a Business Analyst to translate digital product needs into actionable requirements within a hybrid work environment. You will collaborate with business units, developers, and management to design processes, define tests, and ensure successful delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a related degree and 3–4 years in payments or financial tech, with strong analytics, communication, and agile collaboration. Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and monitoring tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering or related field.
• Preferably 3–4 years of experience in payment systems.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Openness to learn and adapt to new trends.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Solution-focused, team player and quality driven.
• Excellent planning and time management; meet deadlines.
• Strong MS Office and SQL skills.
• Experience with Scrum/Jira as Product Owner/Master is a plus.
• Knowledge of monitoring/reporting tools: Kibana, Grafana, Dynatrace, Power BI.

Job Description:

• Taking the responsibility in software development processes as a Business Analyst by analyzing the needs of the digital products,
• Working with business units in line with business demands,
• Designing business processes, performing functional and technical analyses,
• Preparing test scenarios and running integration, functional, regression tests to eliminate defects,
• Coordinating the user acceptance tests,

Qualifications:

• Preferably have knowledge of monitoring applications (Kibana, Grafana, Dynatrace), reporting applications (Power BI).
