Yapı Kredi Teknoloji, bankacılık alanında yapay zeka ve doğal dil işleme çözümleri üzerinde çalışacak bir pozisyon arıyor. AI mühendisleriyle birlikte çalışarak iş problemlerinden teknik gereksinimler çıkaracak ve verisetleri üzerinde etiketleme süreçlerini yönetecek bir analist arıyoruz.

Başarılı adaylar LLM'ler konusunda güçlü bilgiye sahip olacak, NLP kavramlarına aşinadır ve Python/SQL ile çalışma deneyimine sahip olabilir.

Qualifications

• Bankacılık alanında AI/NLP uygulamalarında en az 2-3 yıl deneyim.
• LLMs, prompt engineering ve agentic AI çerçeveleri hakkında bilgi sahibi.
• NLP kavramları (NER, sınıflandırma, OCR, embeddings) konusunda bilgili.
• Takım çalışması ve paydaşlarla etkili iletişim becerileri.
• Değişime uyum sağlayan hızlı öğrenen bir profile sahip.

Responsibilities

• Bankacılıkta AI/NLP alanında iş potansiyellerini belirlemek.
• İş sorunlarını teknik gereksinimlere çevirip değerlendirme kriterleri oluşturmak.
• AI mühendisleriyle veri setleri ve etiketleme süreçleri üzerinde çalışmak.
• LLM çıktılarının prompt tasarımı ve değerlendirmelerine katılmak.
• AI sistemleri için KPI'ları belirlemek ve raporlamak.
• Teknik dokümantasyon ve kullanıcı kılavuzları hazırlamak.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (M.Sc. or Ph.D. is a plus).
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in AI applications or technology-driven business analysis.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of NLP concepts such as NER, classification, OCR, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Solution-oriented with strong teamwork, collaboration, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.
• A strong willingness to embrace change and pursue continuous learning in a fast-paced R&D environment.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and Agile methodologies.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and coding (hands-on experience with Python or SQL is a plus).

Job Description:

• Discover and define areas within banking where AI and NLP can create a measurable business impact.
• Translate complex business problems into clear AI/NLP requirements and technical evaluation criteria.
• Work closely with AI engineers on dataset preparation, annotation processes, and model evaluation.
• Actively participate in prompt design, testing, and the evaluation of LLM outputs.
• Establish and track KPIs for AI systems, including precision, recall, response quality, hallucination rates, and overall business ROI.
• Prepare detailed use case definitions, evaluation reports, and functional documentation for AI products.
• Create high-quality technical documentation, including white papers, end-user guides, project proposals, and progress reports.
