Job summary

Yapı Kredi Technology seeks a Process Architecture and Analytics Specialist to identify and improve processes across banking domains, in English and Turkish, within standardized methodologies.

You will model, analyze, and optimize Factoring, Leasing, Core Banking, Digital Banking, Credit, Treasury and Money Transfer processes for subsidiaries, while collaborating with global teams and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Background in banking processes preferred.
• 4+ years of banking process experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Proactive team player with reporting ability.
• Fluent English, able to work with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Model and improve core banking, Factoring, Leasing, Digital Banking, Credit, Treasury and Money Transfer processes in English and Turkish.
• Analyze internal/external customer needs and design processes accordingly.
• Ensure maturation of process improvement requests from business units.
• Identify, evaluate and monitor processes containing risk; take action when needed.
• Investigate process improvement opportunities and implement changes.
• Ensure customer experience, compliance with laws and market dynamics inform processes.
• Contribute to systems development for end-to-end process monitoring.
• Periodically travel to Yapı Kredi's overseas banks to observe and implement improvements.

We're in need of a Process Architecture and Analytics Specialist who identify areas where businesses can improve processes and workflows in order to remain competitive in the finance sector.

Qualifications:

• Preferably graduated from Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics and related fields of universities
• Minimum 4 years of experience in banking processes,
• Effective and strong communication skills,

Job Description:

• Modeling and improving the Factoring, Leasing, Core Banking, Digital Banking, Credit, Treasury and Money Transfer processes of our subsidiaries in English and Turkish within methodological standards,
• Analyzing internal/external customer needs and designing processes according to customer needs,
• To ensure the maturation of process improvement requests demanded by business units.
• Identification, evaluation and monitoring of processes that contains risk. Taking action in necessary cases,
• Investigate process improvement opportunities and take action to improve processes,
• Ensuring that customer experience, global / local laws and regulations, market dynamics, and technological developments are used as input in processes,
• Contribute to system development that will ensure continuous end-to-end monitoring of processes,
• Periodically traveling to our foreign banks (YK Nederland, YK Bank Deutschland and YK Bank Azerbaijan) and observing the development and improvement areas on the spot. To ensure the implementation of identified improvements.
