Smile Hair Clinic is seeking a Patient Experience (Post-Op) Specialist to join our Istanbul team. The role focuses on managing post-operative follow-up, delivering detailed information to patients, and coordinating feedback to improve patient satisfaction.

English fluency and strong communication are essential. The clinic values teamwork, proactive crisis handling, and effective use of CRM and MS Office tools to streamline patient relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Professional level English speaking, writing, reading and comprehension.
• Experience in health industry and/or international patient relations is a plus.
• Strong communication, patient handling and follow-up planning.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.
• Able to work in intense and dynamic environments with motivation and a positive attitude.
• Proactive in crisis and process management stages.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring all post-operative follow-up of the patient.
• Sharing documents after operation and providing detailed post-op information.
• Conducting, evaluating and reporting satisfaction surveys with patients.
• Soliciting reviews from patients via digital media after treatment.
• Identifying patients needing second surgeries or different operations through close monitoring.
