• Prepare and follow up on daily operational documentation.
• Coordinate vessel husbandry matters, port operations, shipyard calls and strait transits as needed.
• Manage effective communication with vessels, port authorities and clients.
• Prepare and finalise proforma and final disbursement accounts.
• Report to the Operations Manager and work alongside operations, sales and finance teams.

Description du poste

The Boarding Officer supports shipping operations by ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and customer requirements. Oversees supplier evaluations, inspections, and record-keeping. Manages shipping issues, damages and lost freight claims, while maintaining safety and monitoring customer-supplied property. Ensures cargo, tank cleaning, and stability compliance, while enhancing customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and efficient operations.
