ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a Digital Asset Security Engineer to design, implement, and secure our digital asset platforms. You will work on wallet infrastructure, key management, cryptographic controls, and smart contract security within a regulated banking environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cyber security, risk, compliance, and product teams, and supports a flexible hybrid work model across Türkiye.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, solution design, or architecture
• Fluent English communication (C1)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Software Engineering
• Experience in Agile environments

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and secure ING's digital asset technology capabilities
• Secure wallet infrastructure, key management, and cryptographic controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across technology, risk, and compliance
• Ensure security by design, auditable and production-ready in a regulated banking environment
