Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a Blockchain Java Backend Engineer to design scalable backend services and APIs for digital asset and distributed financial infrastructure. You will develop microservice-based applications, enable integration with internal banking systems, and contribute to resilient, secure platforms in a hybrid work model.

You should have 5+ years in software engineering, strong communication, and a background in agile environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering, solution design, or architecture roles.
• Experience with Agile organizations.
• Fluent English communication skills (C1 level or above).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable backend services and APIs.
• Develop microservice-based applications on cloud-native platforms.
• Create robust integration solutions between internal banking systems and digital asset platforms.
• Build secure, resilient services handling financial transactions and processes.
• Participate in architecture discussions on scalability, performance, and security.
