TITANICOM seeks a Project Manager to coordinate data center operations and IT infrastructure projects in Istanbul. This role emphasizes project planning, delivery coordination, stakeholder communication, progress tracking, and risk management. Hands-on hardware installation is handled by the technical team.

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English in spoken and written form.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating stakeholders and managing expectations.
• Experience in project management or coordination with the ability to drive delivery independently.
• Experience supporting data center, IT infrastructure, or related project environments.
• Great planning, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage schedules, priorities, risks, and multiple workstreams.
• Ability to work with technical teams and clearly communicate requirements.
• Strong ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
• Willingness to work on-site in Istanbul.

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects from initiation through execution, acceptance, and handover.
• Define scope, deliverables, schedules, milestones, and resource needs with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams, customers, vendors, and contractors to support delivery.
• Track progress, identify delays, dependencies, and follow up on actions.
• Maintain clear communication between Chinese-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders.
• Organize meetings, document decisions, assign owners, and track completion.
• Monitor risks and issues, coordinate resolution, and escalate when needed.
• Manage changes to scope, timelines, and resources.
• Track costs and resource use against plans; prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate acceptance, handover documentation, and project closure.
