Job summary

TITANICOM is hiring an IT Operations Expert to support large-scale international data center and IT infrastructure projects across Europe. Location: Netherlands. You will participate in 5×8 IDC operations and provide on-site support to ensure reliable delivery.

The role requires Mandarin Chinese, 1+ years IDC/IT Operations experience, and strong troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills. English or another European language is a plus, with career development and global exposure

Qualifications

• Chinese/Mandarin is mandatory.
• 1+ years of IDC / Data Center / IT Operations experience.
• Familiar with ticketing systems, SOP/EOP procedures, and incident management.
• Knowledge of servers, networking, cabling, and infrastructure support.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience in project coordination or team management is preferred.
• English or local European language communication ability preferred.
