Job summary

TITANICOM is seeking an experienced Facility Expert (Critical Infrastructure / IDC) to support mission-critical operations across global projects. You will manage daily operations of data center environments, oversee power, HVAC, and low-voltage systems, and drive reliability in demanding settings.

Turkish & English preferred; Chinese is a plus. The role includes incident response, risk analysis, SOP/MOP updates, and leading cross-functional teams across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Facility / Critical Infrastructure / IDC operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, low-voltage, or facility systems.
• Experience in mission-critical environments preferred.
• Familiar with incident management, risk control, and emergency response.
• Team management and project coordination experience.
• Able to support on-site response when incidents occur.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and maintenance of critical infrastructure environments
• Support power, HVAC, low-voltage, and facility systems lifecycle management
• Handle incident response, fault recovery, RCA, and risk analysis
• Develop and optimize SOP / EOP / MOP operational procedures
• Lead emergency management and operational readiness activities
• Coordinate infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and change management
• Drive operational stability, compliance, safety, and efficiency improvements
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across regions
