Job summary

Ampstek is looking for a Technical Project Co-Ordinator/Project Manager to be on-site in Turkey. With 8+ years of experience, you will lead medium and small IT infrastructure projects, applying PMI PMP or Prince2 methodologies.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors and stakeholders, prepare project documentation, and deliver executive reports and presentations. The role requires strong leadership, change management, and full project lifecycle execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in project management.
• Experience delivering IT infrastructure projects end-to-end.
• Knowledge of servers, hardware and operating systems.
• Basics of networking components and LAN/WAN.
• Experience with third-party vendors and cost optimisation.
• Experience with coordinating multiple stakeholders and contractors.
• Ability to prepare project documents with technical teams.
• Strong MS Project and executive reporting skills.
• Proven change management and leadership abilities.
• Experience across all project lifecycle phases.

Position Title : Technical Project Co-Ordinator/Project Manager

Language : Turkish & English

Required Experience:

• Knowledge of project management methodology to manage medium and small projects.
• Experience in delivering end to end IT infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge on different type of servers/hardware’s and operating systems.
• Basic Knowledge on network component, Switches/routes/Access points/Gateways/LAN/WAN
• Experience on working with third party products suppliers to understand technology and drive down costs and improve efficiencies.
• Experience on working with multiple stake holder, vendors, contractors and sub-contractors.
• Able to work with technical teams to prepare required project documents.
• Expert skill in Microsoft Project to drive project execution
• Experience in making executive level power point presentations and project status reports (Weekly/Monthly progress and status reports.)
• Good change management and leadership skills.
• Proven track record and experience in all project life cycle phases
• Manage multiple work streams, conflicting priorities, differing reporting lines, multi-site projects as well as scope change and risk
• Stakeholder, people management, coaching and leadership skills
• Ability to grasp issues of a business nature and assess the technical impact and vice versa - Team management experience
• Vendor Management & Procurement related to global projects.
• Good understanding on Change Management process.
