Job summary

TITANICOM is seeking a Security Expert to oversee physical security operations for data centers and critical infrastructure projects in Istanbul, Türkiye. The role focuses on security management, loss prevention, incident response, and KPI-driven improvements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CCTV, access control, and security monitoring, plus strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration with IT and facilities teams. Fluency in Turkish and English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Safety Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in physical security management and operations.
• Experience with large-scale projects and critical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of security systems.
• Fluent Turkish and English required.
• Mandarin Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily physical security operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage access control for personnel, visitors, and contractors.
• Coordinate on-site security teams and external providers.
• Develop and improve security procedures and KPIs.
• Lead security incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Collaborate with SOC and facilities IT for secure operations.
• Provide security reports and risk mitigation recommendations.
