Job summary

TITANICOM is hiring IT Operations Technicians to support international data center operations and large-scale IT infrastructure projects across Europe.

This role offers structured onboarding and training, with no prior experience required, designed to develop practical IT infrastructure skills and a clear growth pathway. You will participate in 24×7 IDC operations, respond to incidents, and support project delivery with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering or related fields.
• Structured onboarding and technical training provided; no prior experience required.
• Candidate must demonstrate responsibility, ownership and ability to learn quickly.
• Willingness to develop technical skills and follow standard operating procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 24×7 IDC operation and maintenance support
• Respond to incidents and complete work orders per SLA
• Perform routine inspections and identify operational risks
• Record incidents and prepare preliminary incident reports
• Execute tasks via ticketing systems and follow SOPs for accuracy and SLA
• Support installation, racking, deployment, maintenance and basic troubleshooting of servers, switches, and cabling
• Assist with site surveys, on-site supervision and project delivery support
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain stable data center operations

TITANICOM is hiring IT Operations Technicians to support international data center operations and large-scale IT infrastructure projects across Europe.

This role is designed for candidates with strong potential and excellent professional qualities who are interested in IT infrastructure, data center operations, and international technical projects. Prior experience is not required — we provide structured technical training and a clear development pathway to help you build practical capabilities and grow into the role.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in 24×7 IDC (Data Center) operation and maintenance support
• Respond to incidents, execute work orders, and complete temporary operational tasks according to SLA requirements
• Perform routine inspections, identify operational risks, and support emergency response following EOP procedures
• Record incidents and prepare preliminary incident reports
• Execute tasks through ticketing systems and strictly follow SOP standards to ensure operational accuracy and SLA compliance
• Support installation, racking, deployment, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of servers, switches, and cabling infrastructure
• Assist with site surveys, on-site supervision, minor implementation works, and project delivery support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain stable and efficient data center operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, Telecommunications or related fields)
• No prior experience required — candidates will receive structured onboarding and technical training
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Excellent learning ability and willingness to develop technical skills
• Strong execution capability and ability to follow operational standards
