Job summary

TITANICOM is seeking an experienced Asset Engineer to support international data center operations across Europe and beyond. You will manage day-to-day IDC asset operations, inventory accuracy, warehouse processes, and the full lifecycle of IT equipment.

This mid-level role requires Chinese language proficiency, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and hands-on experience with asset management systems, inventory counts, and lifecycle management. English or German communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in data centers or IT asset management.
• Hands-on experience with inbound/outbound processes, inventory counting, and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of WMS/ERP and ticketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily IDC asset operations and warehouse processes.
• Maintain asset records accuracy and traceability.
• Perform regular inventory counts and audits.
• Operate asset management and ticketing systems per SOP/SLA.
• Coordinate with IT, logistics, and onsite teams for delivery and handover.
• Identify gaps and risks; suggest process improvements.
• Support project planning and risk control for asset-related projects.
• Ensure compliance with security and environmental standards.
• Support management of servers, switches, cables, and spare parts.
• Provide guidance to junior team members when needed.
