Job summary

About the Role

TITANICOM is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate data center operations and IT infrastructure projects in Istanbul.

This role focuses on project planning, delivery coordination, stakeholder communication, progress tracking, and risk management. You will work closely with technical teams, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet agreed requirements.

This is a project management position. Hands-on hardware installation and troubleshooting are handled by the technical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation and planning through execution, acceptance, and handover.
• Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal technical teams, customers, vendors, and contractors to support project delivery.
• Track project progress, identify delays and dependencies, and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Maintain clear communication between Chinese-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders.
• Organize project meetings, document decisions, assign action owners, and follow up on completion.
• Monitor project risks and issues, coordinate resolution, and elevate matters when necessary.
• Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Track project costs and resource utilization against agreed plans.
• Prepare progress reports, maintain project documentation, and provide regular updates to customers and management.
• Coordinate project acceptance, handover documentation, and project closure.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
• Experience in project management or project coordination, with the ability to independently drive project delivery.
• Experience supporting data center, IT infrastructure, or related project environments.
• Strong planning, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, priorities, risks, and multiple workstreams.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams and communicate project requirements clearly.
• Strong ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
• Willingness to work on-site in Istanbul.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing international projects or working with multicultural teams.
• Experience coordinating customers, vendors, contractors, and distributed teams.
• Familiarity with data center operations and IT infrastructure project delivery processes.
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or a comparable project management certification.
