Avery Dennison is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a 12-month fixed-term contract at our Istanbul site. The role supports the Commercial team with order fulfillment, account management, and proactive communication of supply chain solutions.

You will join a team delivering high-quality service, maintaining precise records, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders in Turkish and English. This position includes hybrid work with one office day per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in customer service or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Turkish and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts: order processing, tracking, delivery schedules, and full fulfillment.
• Document inquiries and update order status in systems with accuracy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and diplomatically.
• Identify service improvements to boost customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
• Communicate supply chain challenges and offer viable alternatives.
