Job summary

Avery Dennison Istanbul is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead customer service and supply chain activities for the Apparel Solutions division. You will oversee order processing, manage staffing and budgets, and collaborate with Sales to hit revenue targets while maintaining high service levels.

The role offers hybrid work and opportunities to shape cross-functional processes across the site. Experience in apparel or B2B is a strong plus, and bilingual Turkish/English communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer service or operations management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong background in apparel (B2B) is a strong plus.
• Hands-on knowledge in Workwear or Team Sports apparel is desirable.
• Proven track record of team building and talent development.
• Excellent written and verbal Turkish and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex customer complaints with lasting solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end order processing, expedite shipments, and resolve supply bottlenecks.
• Direct daily scheduling, workload coverage, budgets, and project timelines.
• Partner with Sales to meet revenue targets and align operational priorities.
• Implement, audit, and ensure compliance with service policies for cross-department coordination.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff, conducting performance evaluations and retention efforts.
