Avery Dennison in Istanbul is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Turkey and Greece. You will be the main link between customers and internal teams, handling inquiries, orders, and logistics coordination to support growth in the Label and Packaging Materials Group.

Role requires 4+ years in internal sales or customer service, a university degree, and fluency in Turkish and English (Greek bonus). Hybrid work is available at the Samandira-Sancaktepe facility.

• 4+ years in internal sales or customer service, ideally in manufacturing/production.
• University degree completed.
• Fluent Turkish and English; Greek is a bonus.

• Proficient in MS Office programs.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for Turkey and Greece, handling inquiries across channels.
• Manage end-to-end order processing and coordinate with Planning & Logistics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
• Build relationships with key accounts and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Conduct outbound calls and track activities in the CRM.
