Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service or operations management experience.
• Leadership experience in apparel industry (B2B) is a strong plus.
• Hands-on knowledge in Workwear or Team Sports apparel.
• Proven track record of team building and talent development.
• Excellent Turkish and English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex customer complaints with lasting corrective actions.
• Oversee end-to-end order processing, shipments, pricing, inventory, and bottleneck relief.
• Direct daily scheduling, workload coverage, budgets, and project timelines to maintain operations.
• Partner with sales to meet revenue targets and align operational priorities with business goals.
• Implement, interpret, and audit service policies to ensure quality and cross-department coordination.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff, conducting evaluations and fostering retention.
