Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Sales Executive for our Istanbul Kagithane location. This hybrid role combines in-office and field responsibilities to drive revenue and expand key accounts in the apparel and related sectors.

You will develop territory plans, engage customers with tailored value propositions, and collaborate cross-functionally to forecast and meet sales targets. English and Turkish proficiency are essential, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in B2B sales.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Turkish.
Valid driving license with ability to travel.
Strong financial acumen and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

Create, organize, and manage strategic territory and account plans to achieve revenue, volume, price, and mix objectives.
Uncover customer requirements to develop tailored value propositions, provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, and quotes.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities and target accounts.
Build and manage long-term customer relationships through visits and follow-ups.
Analyze market trends and territory performance using SWOT and forecasting.
