Avery Dennison is seeking a customer-focused HR Services Specialist for our Saray, Türkiye facility. This hybrid role supports employees on-site and virtually across Europe, enabling positive experiences within our Global Workforce Operations team.

You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, process personal data changes, assist with onboarding, and collaborate with regional HR to resolve requests while promoting HR self-service tools.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of HR experience, hiring in Europe a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Good knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles.

Aufgaben

• Serve as first contact for employee inquiries across multiple European countries.
• Validate and process changes in personal data, job info, and compensation in the HRM system.
• Support onboarding for new hires across European locations with employment letters and contracts.
• Collaborate with HR teams to resolve employee requests and improve experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve European HR processes and promote self-service tools.
