Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 7 years in beverage development or related food industries.
• Expertise in beverage formulation, product development, and commercialization.
• Hands-on experience scaling beverage emulsions and processing technologies.
• Knowledge of ingredient functionality, sensory evaluation, shelf-life optimization.
• Proven ability to lead customer projects independently.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Fluent English communication with strong problem-solving and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of beverage and emulsion solutions.
• Manage projects from concept through commercialization.
• Design and execute lab, pilot-scale, and production trials.
• Provide technical recommendations and troubleshooting for customers.
• Collaborate with Product Design, Flavor Creation, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
• Translate insights into differentiated beverage solutions.
• Support category growth initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Mentor colleagues and share technical knowledge.
