Job summary

The Project Coordinator oversees planning, coordination and delivery of customer implementation projects across the C&W Business portfolio. The role works with project managers, service teams, product, engineering, sales and customers to keep activities organized and timelines on track.

The role maintains project plans, trackers and documentation; coordinates meetings and follow-ups; monitors milestones and risks; and provides timely status updates through initiation, implementation and closure.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of project coordination or service delivery experience.
• Experience maintaining project plans, trackers and status reports.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of customer implementation projects from initiation through closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and action trackers.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, customers and providers.
• Schedule meetings, capture decisions, and follow up on actions.
• Monitor progress against scope and timelines; flag delays or risks.
• Maintain risks, issues and change logs; ensure up-to-date records.
• Provide timely project status updates and stakeholder reports.
• Support communications with customer stakeholders during implementation.
