Job summary

Biotekno is seeking an experienced Product & Project Coordinator to bridge product vision and technical execution. You will streamline multi-stakeholder inputs, maintain structured backlogs, and drive agile delivery across concurrent initiatives.

In this role, you will prioritise high-impact outcomes, align cross-functional teams, and provide executive-level visibility directly to leadership, acting as the operational backbone between product and engineering.

Qualifications

• Intake & Prioritization: centralize incoming requests into a data-driven intake.
• Roadmap & Backlog Ownership: groom and prioritize backlogs with established methods.
• Delivery & Sprint Facilitation: run agile ceremonies and define clear DoD.
• Dependency & Risk Management: identify cross-team blockers early.
• Documentation & Product Specs: maintain clear product docs and logs.
• Voice of Market: turn feedback into actionable feature definitions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-stakeholder inputs to shape product features.
• Maintain structured backlogs and prioritize work for delivery teams.
• Facilitate sprints, ensure clear acceptance criteria and DoD.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and escalate delivery risks.
• Keep product specs updated and decision logs accessible.
