Job summary

P.I. Works is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex Mobile Network Automation & Optimization projects for our global customers.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Integration, Support, Delivery, Sales, Finance, and external partners, spanning multiple locations and time zones. The role requires 8+ years in mobile telecom, with at least 5+ years in PM or delivery leadership, strong communication, and PMP as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or related field.
• 8+ years in mobile telecom, 5+ years in PM/delivery leadership.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing assigned mobile network projects, spanning network automation software, optimization, engineering, professional and managed services from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across geographically distributed locations and time zones.
• Act as the primary interface with customer project managers, technical teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain project risk and issue registers, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Manage project financials, resource planning, and reporting; estimate and de-risk project schedules and budgets.
