Biotekno is seeking an experienced Product & Project Coordinator to bridge product vision and technical execution. You will streamline multi-stakeholder inputs, maintain structured backlogs, and drive agile delivery across concurrent initiatives.

In this role, you will prioritise high-impact outcomes, align cross-functional teams, and provide executive-level visibility directly to leadership, acting as the operational backbone between product and engineering.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Product & Project Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone between our product vision and technical execution.

In this role, you will streamline multi-stakeholder inputs, maintain structured product backlogs, and drive agile delivery across concurrent initiatives. You will not merely manage schedules; you will bring genuine product thinking to prioritize high-impact outcomes, align cross-functional teams, and provide executive-level visibility directly to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Intake & Prioritization: Centralize and govern incoming feature requests and requirements from Sales, Marketing, and Leadership into an objective, data-driven intake process.

Roadmap & Backlog Ownership: Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to groom, maintain, and prioritize backlogs using established frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW, Value vs. Effort).

Delivery & Sprint Facilitation: Facilitate agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Standups, Retrospectives) and ensure clear Definition of Done (DoD) and acceptance criteria.

Dependency & Risk Management: Proactively identify cross-team dependencies, unblock technical bottlenecks early, and escalation delivery risks before they impact roadmaps.

Documentation & Product Specs: Maintain comprehensive, accessible product documentation, functional specifications, and decision logs to maintain organizational clarity.

Voice of Market: Synthesize customer feedback, support queries, and competitive signals into actionable feature definitions and product iterations.
