Job summary

Mastercard Inc. in Turkey seeks an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to drive regional demand for Mastercard’s solutions beyond cards. You will align campaigns with product growth, collaborating with global and local teams to generate leads for the sales organization.

The role requires at least 5 years in B2B marketing, strong event management, English proficiency, Turkish fluency, and up to 15% travel, with opportunities to shape market development across the EEMEA region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, performing in marketing for a portfolio of successful customer acquisition programs using field, digital and content marketing tactics.
• Event organization experience and familiarity with event management best practices is required.
• Experience in email & digital marketing is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Fluency in Turkish.
• Record of successfully working in matrix marketing organizations.
• Detail-oriented, well organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-directed and creative thinker; ready to proactively bring innovative ideas to the table, solve problems and take risks, to find new and innovative ways to improve results.
• CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience; Salesforce.com preferred.
• Familiarity with HTML.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns on behalf of Mastercard Services.
• Coordinate and partner with the country and regional business owners, marketing teams, and sales teams on joint demand generation initiatives that drive ROI.
• Plan and manage regional hosted customer and partner facing events, trade shows, and other in-person marketing activations to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
• Design and execute email nurture, social media, and content syndication campaigns to support Mastercard thought leadership distribution and lead generation across various digital channels.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Business Development leads to execute joint campaigns.
• Work closely with sales teams to optimize the marketing/sales lead handoff to ensure lead handling SLAs (service level agreements) are being met.
