Pluxee Türkiye is seeking a B2B Customer Growth Lead to drive sustainable growth across our existing client base. You will manage performance, increase client value, and unlock new growth opportunities by collaborating with Sales, Product, Digital Marketing and Data teams.

The role combines day-to-day performance ownership with a strong growth agenda—identifying gaps, refining propositions, and turning insights into measurable commercial impact for clients across diverse sectors.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in B2B Growth or similar roles.
• Proven experience driving measurable growth in a B2B environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with metrics on revenue, penetration and conversion.
• Ability to translate customer insights into concrete growth initiatives.
• Experience launching new products, propositions or commercial offers.
• Fluent English, with ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Strong collaboration across Sales, Product, Digital Marketing and Data teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the B2B client growth agenda across the existing portfolio.
• Identify and prioritize new growth opportunities using customer, market and performance data.
• Translate needs into commercial propositions, offers and growth initiatives.
• Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and propositions across client segments.
• Develop growth experiments with clear hypotheses, audiences, and success metrics.
• Partner with Product to bring customer and market insights into product decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify needs and opportunities within the portfolio.
• Analyze performance to optimize initiatives and growth impact.
