Job summary

Pluxee (Formerly Sodexo Benefits & Rewards) seeks a Commercial Development Team Lead to elevate sales performance through analytics, forecasting, and data-driven decision making.

You will lead a team responsible for commercial development, sales intelligence, incentive management, CRM effectiveness, KPI tracking, and regular business reviews in a multinational environment, reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related analytical discipline.
• Master's degree, MSc, or MBA is a strong asset.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, business analytics, sales intelligence, strategy, or related analytical/commercial roles.
• Proven experience in people leadership and team management.
• Strong understanding of commercial processes, sales performance management, and business operations.
• Solid experience with incentive compensation management, KPI frameworks, target setting, and forecasting.
• Strong data and analytical capabilities, with the ability to work with complex datasets and translate them into business insights.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, analytical modeling, and hypothesis-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, and comfortable working in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Commercial Development team, setting clear objectives, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Manage initiatives to improve commercial effectiveness, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to optimize sales and support processes, removing operational inefficiencies and improving execution.
• Lead the development of analytical models and frameworks that support commercial decision-making.
• Own and lead the end-to-end commercial incentive management cycle.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reviews and management presentations.
