Job summary

Anadolu Isuzu is seeking a Product Development Engineer for exterior and interior trim systems in Kocaeli, TR. You will participate in R&D activities, define specs, and work on design, validation, and industrialization of trim components with cross-functional teams.

You will coordinate prototype and validation efforts, analyze test results, and drive design improvements while ensuring compliance with global standards and regulations. Strong English and engineering background are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Automotive/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong command of English.
• Interest in automotive powertrain & drivetrain systems.
• Experience with design tools (Catia) and enterprise systems (SAP/Enovia) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D product development activities for exterior and trim systems.
• Design, develop, validate, and industrialize exterior body and interior/exterior trim components.
• Define technical requirements, part specifications, tolerances, and interfaces aligned with vehicle targets.
• Coordinate prototypes, fit & finish, validation tests, and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with body engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and suppliers.
• Support cost, weight, performance, and efficiency optimization.
