Job summary

Gizli Şirket seeks an experienced Architectural and Construction Manager to lead retail construction, renovation fit-out, and technical operations across its store network. The role focuses on ensuring corporate identity alignment, quality standards, and efficient store operations.

The candidate will manage internal teams and external partners through the full project lifecycle, oversee on-site progress, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance store performance and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in fit-out works, retail architectural projects, technical operations/procurement, project management.
• Experience in team management, contractor management, and cross-functional project coordination.
• Experience in preparing corporate identity book.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max/SketchUp and MS Office.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in CAPEX and OPEX budget planning, tracking, and reporting.
• No restriction for travel.

Responsibilities

• Managing construction, renovation, maintenance, and fit-out projects for new and existing stores in line with corporate identity.
• Leading and coordinating internal technical teams, external contractors, consultants, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitoring on-site progress, identifying potential risks and technical issues, and ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Ensuring the quality of construction works, building materials, technical installations.
• Managing the maintenance processes of the existing stores and coordinating necessary conversions of technical installations.
• Developing and implementing smart workplace activities, efficiency initiatives, and technical improvement projects.
