Responsibilities

• Manage all technical, administrative, contractual, legal, and financial processes from mobilization to handover.
• Establish and monitor the master project schedule; coordinate site teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee budgets, cash flow, cost control, and compliance with standards and regulations.
• Supervise procurement, subcontracting, and supplier coordination; manage progress payments.
• Prepare periodic progress and cost reports for stakeholders and board of directors.

We are seeking a visionary, leadership-oriented, and experienced Project Manager to join our team for upcoming international superstructure projects. Our company undertakes prestigious construction projects across international markets and is committed to delivering high-quality projects in line with global standards.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
• At least 20 years of active site and management experience in large-scale, high-quality superstructure projects.
• Strong command of project management methodologies, with extensive experience in planning, budgeting, cost control, and resource management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and MS Office applications.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; knowledge of IFS is an asset.
• Proven track record of leading teams in multicultural and dynamic project environments, with strong leadership, representation, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to effectively manage communication and coordination with international stakeholders.
• Willingness and flexibility to work on international assignments and relocate to project locations abroad as required.

Job Description

• Managing all technical, administrative, contractual, legal, and financial processes from project mobilization through to final handover, in line with corporate objectives and project requirements.
• Establishing the master project schedule, coordinating site teams, and closely monitoring progress to ensure timely project delivery.
• Managing project budgets, cash flow, and cost control activities while ensuring compliance with contractual specifications, applicable local regulations, and relevant international standards.
• Supervising procurement, subcontracting, supplier coordination, and progress payment processes for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Preparing and presenting periodic daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, cost analyses, budget forecasts, and variance reports to the Board of Directors and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinating with local authorities, public institutions, governmental bodies, and other relevant organizations in the country of assignment to obtain and finalize all required permits, licenses, approvals, and official procedures.
• Ensuring strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/HSE) requirements, applicable local legislation, contractual obligations, and quality management standards throughout project execution.
• Leading and motivating multidisciplinary and multicultural project teams to achieve project objectives in terms of time, cost, quality, and safety.
• Identifying project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and taking proactive measures to address operational challenges and unforeseen circumstances.
• Maintaining effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and successful project delivery.
