Job summary

Azerion is seeking an IT Support Specialist based in Turkey to provide end-to-end IT support for staff and to manage our internal IT operations from A to Z. The role focuses on devices, accounts, networks, printers, and software licenses in a fast-growing digital media environment.

You will work with colleagues and partners, ensuring secure, efficient tech services and a smooth afternoon-evening shift from 12pm to 8pm. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent with computers and macOS/Windows operating systems.
• Keeps devices, systems and services secure.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Not afraid of a few terminal commands.
• Able to manage various business partners and vendors.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the life-cycle of the devices: purchases, installation, configuration, account management, software upgrades and device off-boarding
• Troubleshooting the issues your colleagues may have with their devices, accounts, network and printers
• Managing the software licenses
