Job summary

Enerjisa Enerji seeks an accounting professional to support daily operations, ensure accuracy of records, and contribute to period-end closings in a hybrid work environment. The role emphasizes SAP FI/S4HANA, process automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and 2–5 years of experience, with strong analytical thinking, Excel skills, and openness to new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required (Finance/Accounting).
• 2–5 years of accounting experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP FI and SAP S/4HANA processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to automate processes.

Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting operations in line with policies and regulations.
• Ensure accuracy and timely recording of accounting entries.
• Contribute to period-end closing processes.
• Perform reconciliations and analyses of accounts; identify root causes of issues.
• Explore process improvements and automation opportunities, including RPA.
• Collaborate with business units and IT on digital transformation and SAP-related projects.
• Help make reporting and data analysis more automated and insightful.

What awaits you in this role

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of daily accounting operations in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely completion of accounting records.
• Actively contribute to period-end closing processes.
• Perform control, reconciliation, and analysis of accounting accounts.
• Analyze the root causes of issues encountered in operational processes and develop permanent solution proposals.
• Identify areas for improvement that will enable standardization, simplification, and increased efficiency in accounting processes.
• Identify RPA and automation opportunities in manual and repetitive processes and contribute to related development initiatives.
• Take an active role in the development and digitalization of accounting processes carried out on SAP / S4HANA.
• Research the use of artificial intelligence and next-generation digital tools in accounting processes and contribute to feasible use cases.
• Work in coordination with business units and technology teams on digital transformation, system development, and process improvement projects.
• Contribute to making reporting, data analysis, and control processes as digital and automated as possible.

What we expect

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Preferably 2–5 years of experience in accounting.
• Knowledge of general accounting processes and basic tax practices.
• SAP FI experience is preferred.
• Interest in or experience with SAP S/4HANA processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with RPA, workflow, OCR, process automation, or similar digital solutions, or a strong willingness to develop expertise in these areas.
• Follows artificial intelligence tools and is curious about how these technologies can be applied to accounting processes.
• Able to evaluate processes with a mindset of, “How can we make this process faster, more accurate, and more automated?” rather than simply following existing procedures.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Open to learning, change, and new technologies.Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
